FOUNDER & OWNER OF HIGH TIDE HOCKEY

Izzy has a wide variety of coaching experience including working at U SPORTS, Collegiate, Junior A, U22AA and U18AA programs in Ontario and British Columbia, and is High Performance 1 Certified. In 2024, Izzy recognized a gap in opportunity for elite female hockey players to train alongside their peers, which inspired her to found High Tide Hockey. Passionate about elevating athletes to the next level and preparing them for peak performance, Izzy created a space for elite female athletes to elevate their game under excellent mentorship.

SKILLS INSTRUCTOR

Lucas has been a dedicated hockey skills coach since 2022, with three years of experience coaching in the GTHL. Lucas has been a Skills Instructor at High Tide Hockey since its outset, and is also the Lead Instructor at Fierce Hockey. Lucas played Junior A hockey in British Columbia and is currently pursuing a degree in Sport Media at Toronto Metropolitan University with aspirations for sports broadcasting. 

GOALIE COACH

Olivia Williams is an experienced hockey coach specializing in goaltending development. She currently serves as an Assistant Coach and Goalie Coach for the Toronto Leaside Wildcats U15 AA and U18 AA Teams. Olivia has also coached at the collegiate level as an Assistant Coach with the UMass Amherst ACHA Division I program. A former goaltender at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, she brings a strong playing background and a deep understanding of the position to her coaching approach.
